You must carefully read this User Agreement in its entirety before using our Service. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Games.
By using our Service, you agree to the terms in this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use our Service.
To enter into this Agreement, you must be of legal age in your state or country of residence. By entering into this Agreement, you affirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and we are permitted to reasonably rely on that. If you are not of legal age, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this Agreement.

(1) An arbitration clause;
(2) A waiver of your right to bring a class-action lawsuit against us;

Member Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Post comments, messages, or links that contain any advertisements, including religious, political, or recruiting messages for groups or blogs;
- Post off-topic or irrelevant comments in forums or public spaces;
- Threaten violence against others or advocate self-harm;
- “Stalk” or harass others;
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation;
- Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of content;
- Upload content that you don’t have the legal right to make available;
- Share personal information of others without permission or infringe on intellectual property rights;
- Upload unsolicited advertising, “junk mail,” “spam,” or “pyramid schemes”;
- Upload viruses or malicious software;
- Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue;
- Interfere with the Service, networks, or servers, or violate their policies;
- Tamper with non-public areas of the Service or Games’s systems;
- Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities or breach security measures;
- Use robots, spiders, or other automated processes to access or extract data from the Service;
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws; or
- Collect or store personal data about others for prohibited conduct.
You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes. Your Games account is non-transferable.
Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement Notification
If you believe material on Games infringes a copyright or intellectual property right you own, you are encouraged to notify us. We follow the procedures in our Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement Notification Policy, available here.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that:
- Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties. Games disclaims any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Games does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results will be accurate or reliable.
- Any material you download is accessed at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your system or loss of data.
- No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Games creates any warranty not expressly stated.
- Some users may experience seizures from certain light patterns or backgrounds while using the Service. If you or a family member has an epileptic condition, consult a physician before use.
Operation of the Services
Games reserves full discretion regarding the operation of the Services, including:
- Making available information about the Service and users to third parties, in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
- Withdrawing or discontinuing any features of the Service.
You acknowledge that the Services may occasionally be inaccessible due to reasons like maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond Games’s control.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. Games does not control or endorse third-party sites and is not responsible for any risks, losses, or damages associated with them.
General Information
This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Games regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest will continue in full effect. Your rights under this Agreement are non-transferable. Games may freely assign these terms.
Failure by Games to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
